Surgical staples are commonly used , i have hardly seen using catgut or prolene in US 

except for small procedures we do 

Most of the surgeons are using staples 

 

Question is what kind of staples are they ???? did she use sterile surgical staples or regular staples ?? 

and it look pefectly sutured and clean with out any infection
