Its about individual freedom and rights which are being brazenly violated without being challenged. No one gives u right to peek into someone elses bedroom saying 'you should not worry about me peeking as long as you are not doing anything wrong'. For example they recently passed 'FCC net neutrality' rules silently that gives them control on ISP's and your internet connection. Its a way they want to censor internet, when it failed in their previous attempts as many companies opposed it.
