Dumb Question--H1B

bhayya's, I was an old member for this db but for some reason I git banned..but anways..nenu india ki velthunna H1B stamping. I have two passports one which is expiring in dec 2015 and the new one will be there till dec 2025. So ds 160 lo offcourse i gave new passport number etc. 

 

My current h1b is there till spet 2017 and I got client letter as well. question enti antey I am going for sstamping after 5 yeaars to chennai consulate

 

1) Why didnt go to india for past 5 years antey emi cheppali?

2) I have client letter but would they ask cntract papers between my employer and client?

3) Which compamy do you work for antey ? should i say my employer name or client name?
