2)get training in that tech with your own money


3)look for a consultncys who can market you and cc you in all emails even vendor rates and purchase orders also

Training istharu, accomodation kud aistharu...mundu nuv college lo em courses chesavo cheppu also ne btech lo IT related courses...danni batti assess chesuko neku em vachu..for example DBMS  concepts vasthe ETL, reporting sisde vellochu.. ETL/Reporting tool edina nerchukovachu... 

 

college lo seniors already working vallani adugu better consultancy ento..then velli join avvu anni munde matladukoni likke billing inka any benefits like health insurance...join ayaka nachakapoyina inko consultancy lo join avvochu... inka doubts unte DB lo post chey.. Good luck
