Good luck Highlighted points baga cheppavu, yes seniors(who are doing job already) go to their room and ask their help to learn(asking for help even from unknown is nothing wrong when you have helping mentality to others when your help needed.) get all terms and conditions not through words from consultancies, should have in email conversation. that way both sides good.
