A student of Julio de Mesquita
University in Bauru (Brazil) passed
away after taking part in a drinking
competition at a party.
Humberto Moura Fonseca (23) took 25
Vodka shots in just 1 Minute and
eventually died while he was on his
way to the hospital in an ambulance.
Fonseca's Death reminds us of the
famous quote of Russian poet Vladimir
Maiakovski - "It is better to die from
vodka than from boredom."
A friend of Humberto Moura Fonseca
says, "Someone came up with the idea
of drinking competition and soon
Fonseca took part in it. Soon after
finishing them, He felt ill and
collapsed".
While Fonseca passed away, 3 Others
who participated in the drinking
competition were still in the ICU. Cops
said they are going to charge the
organisers with homicide and two 4th
Year students of the University have
been arrested for organising the event
without a licence.
