usual ga light flash chesaru ante, u did something wrong and its like vale ninnu alert chesthunaru (could be like a scolding/like horn laga), but u saying valu navuthunaru ante, could be some silly guys just playin around, , nuvvu kooda light flash cheyachu if he/she is not following the rules, warning them to drive carefully
