YS Jagan made serious allegations on Pattiseema Project tenders saying that only two tenders were called. He said that while tenders will be allocated if they quote 5% excess amounts, however, the CM Chandrababu's government awarded the tenders to those who quoted 26% excess tender rates with bonus. He also cited an Eenadu article, which read as Pattiseema will take two years, and is delayed due to hurdles. He finally said that Pattiseema project should be cancelled and Polavram should be completed soon along with Handri Neeva and Galeru Nagari projects.

Speaking on the occasion, Chandrababu Naidu has levelled allegations against late YSR and his son YS Jagan over the issues of projects and water crisis issue in Rayalaseema. Chandrababu Naidu has alleged that in the name of various projects,YS Jagan has been raising various issues without any proper thought. He asked YS Jagan to first study the developments and make comments.

1 yr lo finish chesthey bonus istha ani vundhi antu, he is just trying to twist the words bro. 

 

I am guessing that the bonus will not be given if they exceed the mentioned time limit. this is the one of the best way a govt. can make sure that the project is completed in the right time.

 

though the tender is called is for one year, most projects are not completed in the right time. to make sure it is done, they included this bonus which is an incentive for the contractors to complete the work within a  year.
