I saw a case where they caught aguy where he had 2-3 different resumes and did not run the pay chesk when on h1B for 6 months

still he won the case

and you guys worried about just paying the fee for your visa man ?

he would have fought the case and easily blamed his employer - No offense on any employers out there(as I am one of them)

 

BUT whatever the other guy katar/emirates said is 100% right or else he is ready to fight with me if I disagree :(

If you win the case you will have 2 weeks to choose your employer and transfer your H1, once done you get approval you can come back

I-275 is a form to withdraw application for admission, used when someone is non-admissible anyway. It is instead of going through detention or a removal hearing, and only allowed if the person is both able and willing to leave right away
 
I dont know why people sign I-275 Please REMEMBER you have right to deny

no you can fight the case(and I know who won the case also) but once you sign I-275 that means you have accepted that you made a mistake and cant even come back to this country
