simple man more muscle more calorie burning capacity.

 

if you do only cardio you will loose weight now and gain weight once you stop and start eating more calories

I don't think so.. one of my collegue lost 35 pounds in 6 months by doing only elliptical (at his home) and maintaining good diet..

 

Muscle develop kademo kani mari worst kadu.. itz better than running on treadmill which is indeed a hard surface..
