Dude, If you have do not have any obligations or personal relations with company B, then

 

H1 pick ayyi approve ayyaka october varaku stay with A. If B already has project for u, then move to B on OPT.(A gaadu aat kare. H1 cheyyamante cheyyale ga)

 

After October, move to B(as vaadi H1 approve ayyindhi). If he has project work in that project or if you can convince C, ask him to do corp-to-corp for 3 months with B. Tell C that you can transfer to him but have some contract with B ani stories cheppu. Tell that you are ok for FTE after 3 months and they can initiate H1 transfer.

 

Transfer petti receipt notice vache varaku, stick with B.(If it possible to stay untill you get approval, better)  Once receipt notice vachaka or aprrove ayyaka tell to B that you have to marry your GF and their family side requirement is that you should have full time job and not consultancy. Full pressure from her family side to get married soon etc etc and ditch him. Legally, B cannot do anything. But if you want to separate on a good note, pay him that $3K or whatever you like
