Chicken, beef, pork belly, vension or duck what ever, frozen lo vi koda cook chestaru overnight defroze chesi. Meat frozen lo 1 year validity vuntadi. Normal temperature lo vuna meet koda frozen lo peti oka six months agi defroze chesi chudu adi antey vuntadi.. Even fishes to Mackrel or Cod or salmon anyting. problem is with the preservatives they mix in those foods.

Daily chesevadu okatey taste maintain cheyyaledu.. ee chains same taste undali ani preservatives add chestaru..
