hmmm looks like i had a different idea on subway food. I thought it was always fresh.

No bud.. Veggies you get a single stock once in 4 days or 7 days.. chicken and other meats are frozen.. Breads are frozen doughs which we will unfreeze the later night and in morning they will be fluffy. These breads they start cooking in oven early morning.. So for breakfasts you will get other last day breads. Newly cooked (frozen) breads stock you will get only during lunch due to rush..

80% of things are frozen. Soups too.

Chicken, beef, pork belly, vension or duck what ever, frozen lo vi koda cook chestaru overnight defroze chesi. Meat frozen lo 1 year validity vuntadi.  Normal temperature lo vuna meet koda frozen lo peti oka six months agi defroze chesi chudu adi antey vuntadi.. Even fishes to Mackrel or Cod or salmon anyting.
