are you sure .... I have a collegue from India , he went to Aus and got citizenship .. and come to usa and working on E3 visa .. no H1 .....same applies for GC also I think 

Country of birth chustaru, not a naturalized citizen, doesn't matter if you have 10 citizenships and there is no country catagorization for picking a H1b had that been India won't be getting so many H1b's

easy to get visa and permanent extension on the same visa... no hassles that u face with h1...

 

but that doesnt give him a easy way to get GC.... andharilane wait cheyali...

 

telling u what i know... better ask ur fren to consult an attorney who looks in to such matters
