Even if distribution is in the hands of state govt, it is better to privatize production to encourage competition. This is "Public" infrastructure. There's only one provider here. No competition. Govt can own it, and let private parties to build it at the lowest cost and best output. In fact, govt should own it. I wonder what the former AP govt was thinking when they gave away prime Hyd lands for no stake to L&T.
arjun anugula Posted March 21, 2015 Report Posted March 21, 2015 yes we need metro railll.....it reduces pollution to some extint...like people who stays in gachibowli can go to lb nagar in convienient way reducing traffic , pollution....if merto rail works...there is a reduce in bus populaion , hence pertol is saved and pollution..no body bothers to use bike to travel far
