Private will make sure things can be done on time... All things get outsourced to private..... Even all railways in America are started by private parties... lets say you buy a property and are entering into an agreement with a builder to construct a multiplex in it.. do you give your builders complete rights to BOT, or keep some stake for you too? use some brain man. before you call someone a kid.

I modified my question midway through this thread. now the question is, is the former AP govt pichi puvvu not to retain any stake in Hyderabad metro rail project. Yes or No. anyway, I'm sure even your small city will have gdp much higher than Hyd. you can look it up. but again building a metro in Hyd is not such a big deal :)

L&T is probably making a killing out of this. lol. public transportation in delhi is useless. metro didn't make it better. Mumbai lo metro kanna, local trains ae ekkuva. metro inka 10% kooda avvale. Hyd ki metro avasarama. aina L&T laanti pichi puvvulu build chesthaanante, evaru oddantaar le. mundu edo oka daaniki fix avvu , tarvatha argue cheyatam start chey ....

Asset based, Service based aa. naa vaadana is purely based on number of competitors for a given job. power producers, even smaller plants like 10mw can be allowed to be built and govt can buy from them at competitive prices (at ideal market conditions) this metro rail seems to be a gift to L&T .
