Ee area nunchi ekkuva tax contribute avuthundhioo.. Aa area ki ekkuva spend cheyali for development.. Atleast some % dedicate cheyali.. Manaki vacche rivers mostly from Maharastra. UNO rules prakaram land locked countries have right to the water and road access equally. (Ee concept thone...India Indus river treat ani Pak tho agreement chesi...India lo unna 3 rivers waters isthundhi at the expense of Indian farmers and the power generation. And India has equal rights on thier roads. But mana VP Indian Govts valla..we never dare to ask them. We cancel Indus water treaty...and screw them. Thats another topic) Inka power gurunchi...south India mostly generates power from Hydro, Coal, nuclear and wind to some extent ..I dont think South India depends on any power generation from north.
