as long as your papers are genuine and employer is not black listed, nothing will happen.

as per rule amendment is must but manolu moslt stamping li velthe amendment chestharu(if client change aithe)

amendment tho visa validaty dates change avvavu, they remain the same

if not amendment it will not effect our Employer at all, it will effect Consultant only

and I have cases(2) where people were stuck in India for 1yr just for not doing amendment, so evaru suffer aindi atlast even though its employers responsibility
