you need to fill an application and u should provide supporting documents like.. 

 

10th class certificate

any previous birth certificate issued by MRO 

Ration card (if exists)

resident address proof

siblings information etc.,, 

 

i dont have complete information.. i wll provide once I have every thing..

the process was easier before.. but mana valla sangathi telusu kada.. brathikuna vallani sachi nattu gaa.. 

 

asalu puttani vallani kuda puttinattu certificate ippinchaaru ... so govt made the entire prrocess tedious..
