It's better to keep upto date amendment all the time for the kuli. As simple as that.
accuman Posted March 23, 2015 Report Posted March 23, 2015 Hello Friends., Question on H1B Amendment, i got an approval last year with Client A and now i have moved to some other Client and different location[LCA Changed].I am planing to go for H1B stamping next month, i asked my employer same Q, he said no need for Amendment, i am confused..could someone experienced or in same situation shed some light, really appreciate your help. thanks in advance. 100% needed In your case.
