High Court became serious on two Telugu states of Andhra Pradesh and Telangana. It has directed both states administration to remove the cut outs and hoardings from populated areas. The High Court is also learnt to have made a committee of district judges to monitor the issue.Earlier also, the High Court has expressed seriousness to remove the cut outs and hoardings but the respective states have not paid proper attention to implement the same
