Bhaya , here is what I wanted to get info on:

 

which UI (based on skins/templates/themes) looks cleaner and which forum (as you suggested phpbb, IP board) to opt for.

naku andhrafriends UI nachindi as it has more options but If i suggest my friends who are planning to start a health forum then first thing they will say is it is paid ...we have to keep paying for that every time you renew.

 

Other than selecting , any security issues consideration lo pettukovala? or any other things that we should keep in mind.

Just to mention lets say after sometime we want to migrate to other CMS or soemthing like that then migration issues emaina idea unda ..
