Advocate Ujjwal Nikam was the Public Prosecutor in the 26/11 Mumbai terror attacks case.
When he took the case against Ajmal Kasab he had no clue that there exist people in our country who can sympathise with such a monster.
To his utter shock, soon after the case began - the Indian mainstream media started spreading melodramatic narrative of how Kasab was just brainwashed to commit acts of terror (suggesting he was innocent otherwise).

Pictures were flashed of him with a sad face, stories spread about him wiping his tears in the court.
Indian, ever ready with their extra benevolence, were being taken for a ride. Signature campaigns were started, asking for mercy plea for Kasab.
An anti-national rhetoric was being sold to the nation in the name of Human Rights. Aman Ki Asha was at an all time high and it seemed Kasab will escape an extreme punishment suited to his heinous crime and will instead be sent to life imprisonment -living in a jail, training other terrorists on our tax payers money.

It was then that he went to the media with a story - a simple suggestion that Kasab asks for Biryani in the jail.
The message was clear - we're feeding the hands that bite us without regret or remorse.
The public outrage that followed forced the machinery to do what was necessary. To set an example for all budding terrorists and jihadis - there will be no mercy for your religious bigotry, extremism and terror.

Now that Nikam has revealed this story, those same terror sympathisers are out again to admonish him for his story. Little do they realise, the shame lies with them.
Had they not spread their anti-national propaganda, Nikam wouldn't be forced to take such a step.
And lest they forget - Kasab was hung not for eating Biryani, but for spilling the blood of countless innocent people on the streets of Mumbai.

Thank you very much Mr. Nikam.
Your means justify the end.
