timmy Posted March 24, 2015 Author Report Posted March 24, 2015 The leader of opposition YS Jagan Mohan Reddy has come down heavily on AP CM Chandrababu Naidu in the AP Assembly on Tuesday. Speaking on the issue of unfair hike in power charges, YS Jagan questioned Chandrababu's government and has faulted his alleged role during Kiran Kumar Reddy's government saying that the then opposition leader Chandrababu has protected Kiran Kumar Reddy's government by issuing a whip. Further, he has alleged that Chandrababu is behaving like a psycho and is trying to scare every body with his big eyes.

He has alleged that neither YS Jagan is familiar with Assembly rules and regulations nor he has been updated with the knowledge and information of various issues.
