So last week varey job confirm ayindi vadu H1B transfer cheskuntundu.. Monna last week ee labour ki apply cheysindu.. so it is taking 8-10 days for approve antundu.. So Labour vachey varaku H1B transfer apply cheyaledu kada.. Intha lopu March ending vachestundi and na Patha valu H1B termination pampichestey.. what can I do.. what are my options... think_ww think_ww

texas Posted March 24, 2015 Report Posted March 24, 2015 I feel like you have enough time bro, you should get LCA by this Friday or by Monday(just my assumption). then file your transfer, once u have receipt # you are good usually they say it takes same time as your approval time to revoke, so just make sure your transfer application reaches before. raghuraj Posted March 24, 2015 Author Report Posted March 24, 2015 I feel like you have enough time bro, you should get LCA by this Friday or by Monday(just my assumption). then file your transfer, once u have receipt # you are good usually they say it takes same time as your approval time to revoke, so just make sure your transfer application reaches before.
