So last week varey job confirm ayindi vadu H1B transfer cheskuntundu.. Monna last week ee labour ki apply cheysindu.. so it is taking 8-10 days for approve antundu.. So Labour vachey varaku H1B transfer apply cheyaledu kada.. Intha lopu March ending vachestundi and na Patha valu H1B termination pampichestey.. what can I do.. what are my options... think_ww think_ww LCA eppudu apply chesadu ? usually it takes min 5 business days to get approved LCA e lopu documentation ready chesukoni approve ayina roje apply chesthe u will get receipt # after 2 days (mostly one day but in worst scenario) . Receipt # ochhesthe officially u can work to that employer... vallu H1B layoff chesina u have 30 days grace period i think so.. based on my work exp chepthunna ma not sure lets see experts replies...
