No according to what i read now , BJP vaallu MCD elections 2012 lo gelchaaru so they have control of it untill 2017 (5yr term)  .... this guy is asking them to resign and give it to him .... chichore gaadu ...

Council  and State are seperate, council is for city, technically speaking council is liable for city fiscal financial plan including law and order (police force) etc but in India state governments still meddles and enka anta maturity raledu city councils lo (like west) with the exception being BMC(Brihanmumbai Municipal Corporation) and MCD. BMC is probably the richest civic with an annual budget of nearly 35K crores.  BMC lo most of the times Shiv Sena ne untadi even congress times lo kuda and same case here. Another fact ia that MCD's budget is roughly half of BMC inspite of it covering 3 times bigger area than BMC, that means it is lacking somewhere

I was referring To the post u made....not sure about the link u provided....give them some time man atkeast a year and then crticize....not fair to crticize them for just couple of months...so many governments did not do wonders in couple of months...how can they?
