Irrespective of you follow some one or not ..its your responsibility as a Licensed Driver to obey all Speed Limits and Signs at all time ... So Even if your friend goes at 90 that doesn't mean you have to follow him at 90.. may be you need to get a GPS is what a cop will say when you get caught.. there is common wording which is called ROAD SPEED>.. meaning if every one is going at 90 on that road... they may allow it as it will be tough to stop every car travelling at 90 and yes on that road if your driving 50 -60 then ur causing the traffic to slow down ... so its best to maintain speed limit may be at the max Speed Limit + 10 miles on Highways... Drive safe
