The reason is central govt didnt cover deflict budget of AP for the year 2014-15. Planning commission is going to cover deficlt for andhra pradesh in between these 2015-2020 5 years but it didnt cover 2014 year. Not only for AP, they didnt release any funds for even northeastern and some other states for 2014 year because central govt itself is in shortage of funds this year.  Still central govt problem lo vunna ara koraga eeroju  1500cr monna 385cr anthaka mundu 850 cr and anthaka mundu 565 crore ila release chesaru.
