I have my current plan till April end.. The new plan is effective from May 1...
So I have that plan and I am going to India in May and will return with my wife..

So can I take the plan eff from June 1. Just checking I don't mind having it from May also.

you need to have in may also..there will some penalty that you have to pay while filing for taxes if you do not have insurance..
