Naa idea enti antey Ippudu APRIL lo H4 apply chestey adhi approve avvadaniki 2 months paduthundhi...appatiki H4-EAD apply chesukovachu... Any suggestions? Chala confusion lo vunna...please help

Bheem Boy Posted April 1, 2015 Report Posted April 1, 2015 Naadi same situation. Thinking of applying in July-August. H4 and EAD we can apply at the same time. First H4 approve authadi, then we cannot work until EAD is issued. 2-3 months gap vasthadi work lo ani expecting.

H4 approve ayyentha varaku work cheyochu. then have to take break until EAD gets issued.

Process is... u need to have H4 or atleast H4 confirmation receipt to apply for EAD. Till u get EAD u cannot work.
