actually i'm exactly not sure but one of my friends has a mid scale pharmaceutical industry here in TG , So , last time when we were talking he was telling me about this , it seems they run on really tight margins and veella products anni the pharma companies in gujarat are able to under cut the price mainly because of the difference in the taxes....

 

So , it has become a little tough for us ani cheppaadu , also , he was telling that ippudu kotha state lo similar tax benefits untey , the're planning to move it to AP ani ..... so nenu ah context lo adigaa .... just to know abt the exact fiscal benefits the're offering ...

 

Gujarat lo ne chemicals suppliers unte, they can claim the VAT back. 

 

see, this is the problem when there's no supporting industries. as awesome the policies and implementation by TG/AP, this will be the biggest drawback.

 

more people should start investing in industries. for some reason AP/.TG people don't.

Also TG cannot import chemicals without it passing through other state port, and hence it increases the input cost for them.
