At the center of a storm for her remark on Twitter that “All Men are rapists”, actress Nandita Das came down heavily on trolls for misquoting her.

 

What Nandita actually said was, “All men are potential rapists.” This did not go down well with the men on Twitter and some of them generalized her remark saying that she meant “All men are rapists.”

 

One wise guy responded, “Every Nandita Das is a potential Alia Bhatt.”

 

Nandita giving a clarification once again tweeted, “What kind of a stupid generalization is this? I never said that all men are rapists. Sad that I have to explain even this.”

 

The whole issue has helped to put Nandita back in the spotlight after a long lull.
