after seeing this video I feel she doesn't need any financial assistance 

 

If she was that capable she should secure a seat in flying schools in India n get funding from govt. to be spent in India

 

if at all if its an elite institute she should be offered loan with govt. surety which she is entitled to pay back after completion of course sCo_^Y sCo_^Y
