Only stomach exercise chesthe potta taggadu..cardio weights and diet important

Bhayya weight thaggali nenu kuda , potta vachindi 

Thing is i can run for 1 hr at 5 mph on cardio , i usually do 35 min of Tread mill and than elliptical oka 20 min chestha 

5 min relax avutha  

 

But potta vachindi , this sitting job has ruined my life style 

 

Okappudu keka fitness tho almost 3 to 4 hrs non stop sports adavadini , but now i can't keep up on basket ball for more than 5 min , dammu ( shortness of breath ) vasthundi 

Treadmill malli emi problem undatam ledu 

 

 

I started diet 1 week back , i don't need muscle , i need fitness and should be able to fit into my old dresses 

 

I dont' want to do weights , i did weights when i was in college tore my tricep muscle
