Andhra Pradesh government headed by Chandra Babu Naidu is facing the biggest challenge and that is to construct new capital in Thullur. As the Government is running short of funds, Government is coming with innovative ideas to raise funds for the construction of capital. According to the latest it is coming out that AP Government will sell lottery tickets to raise funds for the new capital.
It is known that earlier Government used to sell lotteries in the name of Bhagyalakshmi lottery. In Kerala, state government is selling lotteries and since capital construction requires lot of funds, lottery tickets sale is suggested by some ministers and Chandra Babu Naidu decided to explore the possibilities.
