Telugu States Encounters : Human Rights Groups Voice Concern

Encounter issue in both the two Telugu states have drawn the attention of all sections of people. In the same line Human Rights group has expressed serious resentment over the encounter incident, the way it took shape. Krishna, Special secretary of Human Rights commission of both the states, speaking over the phone objected the move of both the governments specially police departments who handled the incident ignoring laws and acts.

Who made that judgement?
If police and media are making judgements on who is the culprit, then no need for Courts..
In any democracy, the duty of the police is to catch the culprit and produce him in the court and the court will decide if he is guilty or not.
Also it is the duty of the police to protect the innocent and Accused alike.. No discrmination there.

I agree, innocent till proven guilty by the court of law..that should be the motto
