Practical ga flat files tho involve aina designs chaala thakkuvaga vuntaayi Relational DBs involve ayina designs tho polchukunte... even Flat files involve aina mappings ni kooda esay ga validate cheyadaaniki tables use chesthaam .. so all comes to SQL skills
