In case h1 reject aithe, if its because of your problem ante lets say univ issue or something like that then thee is no chance of using same h1 again

ade ne employer problem aithe you can transfer your H1 once you are back to US

converting to H4 will not be  problem at all

bhaiyya ne nunchi em problems lenantha varaku visa ki em kadu.. employer ante kncham chepalem, kani akada chepi natu visa padithe ikadiki vachaka ventane change cheskochu and next time you dont even have to go for stamping.. hyderabad kuda bane undi bhaiya.. 

 

na case ee chepta, univ biskit, masters biskit, inhouse project, and four employers changed,, but na time emo worked,.. inka naaku aa time ki change of status kuda approve kaledu so its okay i feel
