I've seen people lose to politicians despite winning. Twice. Once in 1977 and then in 1989.

2015 was slightly different. This time, people lost to people themselves despite winning.

Arvind ji, I know you personally since 2011. Similarly Sanjay Singh, Manish Sisodia, Kiran Bedi ji, Shazia Ilmi, Mayank Gandhi, Prithvi Reddy, Kumar Vishwas, Dinesh Waghela ji, almost all first row activists and uncountable volunteers from all over the world have been familiar with me and my iacbranding.org. I don't know and have no intention of knowing all rainbow politicians who joined after the movement.

Everyone contributed to the Janlokpal movement with enthusiasm as per one's capability. Entire country came on streets under Anna's leadership. You all played the role of driver of the movement. With the objective of "Only one wish, corruption free India", county's citizens joined the Janlokpal movement wholeheartedly.

Although many social activists had left the movement even earlier, yet it was not as if we were following you blindly. Many people like me had their inner eyes open and when the movement was at its peak, despite having known bad intentions of some leaders, we remained fully involved ignoring various irregularities.

Movement broke down. The "Only one wish, corruption free India" dream of several volunteers was shattered with it. The strength of common people was also reduced. With lacs of volunteers, Anna and Kiran Bedi also turned their back on you.

Then the party was formed. Some people remained hopeful. Lacs of people from all over the world expressed trust in your step. Some people still had movement alive in their hearts. Not just because of you. But because the learned people like Prashant Bhushan, Yogendra yadav and Prof Anand Kumar were also there. We all were sure that the party will really establish new standards for politics in India.

But with the games Aam Aadmi Party has played recently, everyone is disillusioned of the party. It is clear what is happening and what will happen in the future. This is not the time to remain silent.

You can mislead people to get their vote by reciting the operative part of Mahatma Gandhi's swaraj, but you cannot bring Mahatma Gandhi's swaraj. And even if we get your "brand" of swaraj undemocratically after trampling self-respect, what is the use of that. There is no compulsion to invoke the swaraj of one person's "whim".

In the end, I have two requests for you:

• The "Logotype" I've designed for Aam Aadmi Party, is my intellectual property for which I never handed over the ownership to the party. Therefore, party should stop using it without any delay as our well wishes are attached to it. I cannot see your rainbow spokespersons playing dirty games sitting with the logo in the backdrop. Please stop using the "Logotype" for any Branding/Stationary/Website/Badges/Flags/Poster/Handbills/Backdrops etc immediately.
• I was made an ordinary member of Aam Aadmi Party in October of November, 2013 at the house of Shri Hardeep ji (MLA these days) by Prerna Prasad (Mrs Ankit Lal). I've lost the receipt for that. If I'm still an ordinary member, please accept my resignation from primary membership of the party.
