JANASENA Posted April 9, 2015 Report Posted April 9, 2015 Ayush Sharma, Son of a Kanpur based Mechanic has gotten through MIT. With the help of Avanti Foundation, he had first gotten into Yale's Global short summer course, for which he had raised his travel funds through a smart crowd funding drive and raised about Rs 90,000 in 6 hours! He is now going to MIT, Boston for undergraduate studies availing full scholarship. His parents, neither of whom have been to a degree college are elated. Ayush is the first in his family to go to a "Proper College".
