• It has violated many different currency norms
• It showed zero FC receipt for the year 2008-2009, but an audit showed it had Rs 6 crores as funds. GP tried to explain this by saying it was a typo. Yes, ladies and gents 6 crores being hidden is a 'typo'.
• As per Indian foreign Currency related regulations[1] , The person may open one or more accounts in one or more banks for the purpose of utilising the foreign contribution after it has been received and, in all such cases, intimation on plain paper shall be furnished to the Secretary, Ministry of Home Affairs, New Delhi within fifteen days of the opening of any account.

GP has violated this rule by transferring funds to 5 different bank accounts hidden from the MHA.

• Violated the terms of Section 8 in The Foreign Contribution (Regulation) Act, 2010[2] by using Foreign Currency to fund legal expenses for its volunteers in India.

• Paid a salary of Eur 10,000 a month for 5 months to one individual but did not file the returns.

• Changed its operations from Chennai to Bangalore, changed 50% of its board all of it without informing the government.
