A new twist in Chittoor encounter . The alleged survivor of the Chittor encounter has reportedly gone underground . Human Rights groups claim that he was reportedly on the same bus as other alleged smugglers but managed to escape . The survivor has blamed AP Government of staging an encounter by shooting a men after pulling them out of bus .
