Life After 6 Years H1B ?

Guys, need clarification on job changes after 6 years H1B.  140 approved and got 3 yrs extn .

 

1) Do we need to find same exact position in different company ?

2)  For example if your employer fired you in the 7th year of H1B , what will happen to H1B status ?  Do we need to find new employer in 30 days grace period ?  

3) do we still have 2 yrs time on H1B even if your past employer cancels 140 .

There is nothing like any grace time bro once you are fired

but usually employers will not revoke your H1, once they do then you are out of status

there is no need for you find the job in the same field, you can find job wherever you want but you need to have a sponsor to transfer your H1 with proper paper work
