One important thing to remember No one is going to be with u in Usa especially ..
Are you healthy even with temperatures? Hows ur throat?
Are you feeling tired??
Btw u wud have not neglected seeing ur temperatures getting higher u wud have already taken precaution but any way don't make it worst.. Evaraina unnaru antae take help and rush to hospital asap .. If not one is there see if u can drive urself ..if not dial 911 ..

E R =Emergency Room

They handle only emergency cases ..even if you have a arm or leg fractured you will beb made to wait for atleast 3 to 4 hrs (if you are lucky) while they handle other life threatening cases

So go to E R if  your health condition is very serious

Alka seltzer fast ga work avudhi instead of ibuprofen Tylenol tablets.. Direct ga open cheyagane 2 tablets untayi avi water lo veyagane kaeigipothayi.. Drink it very effective

Vallavi chala products unnayi.. Alka seltzer cold works fine for fever too
