7325 sq.km antey , u do realize thats almost the size of entire krishna district right ? ....

 

while i was at it, i looked for other stats too , entire krishna district population is about 45lakhs according to 2011 census , so,  just capital area lo 58 lakh population ekkada nunchi vachindi ?

yes I know.....monna master plan phase-1 chusav  ga, ade capital region. 7325 sq.km....ee 7325 sq.km region lo MOST POPULATED CITIES of Vij-Guntur region anni vunay ga like Vijayawada, Guntur cities and large towns like mangaligiri, tenali etc.,.  Anduke just ee 7325 sq.km lo population ekuva vundi.....krishna-guntur districts lo vunde top cities towns anni mostly ee capital region lo vunay...thats why density is high....

phase-1 main industrial zones like sattenapalli nandigama nuziveedu etc., veetini vadilesi mighata danni agricultural protection zone ani vundi master plan lo.......but adhi just govt ah lands joliki podhu anthe for next 10-15 years but private people comericial strucutres avi kattukovachu.......akada vunde farmers istham...govt particular ga akada em structures vundakudhu ani matram chepadhu......But Iam not 100% sure....mostly GOVT akada vunde farm lands ni touch cheyadhu and em restrictions petakapovachu....

according to what i heard , ah protected area lo unna lands ki , commercial structures ki permissions iyyaru ....  anduke ah areas lo unna real estate activity total ga halt ayyindi as of now , the're waiting for further clarity from the govt ....
