according to what i heard , ah protected area lo unna lands ki , commercial structures ki permissions iyyaru ....  anduke ah areas lo unna real estate activity total ga halt ayyindi as of now , the're waiting for further clarity from the govt .... 

 

yeah akada master plan poortheyantha varaku wait chesthunaru what happens in agri protected zones ani....one of my friend relatives bought lands somewhere close to capital city.....lets sew what happens...Personally I dont want govt to restrict/protect those areas....

Okavela akada restrict chesthe, yeah industrial clusters like proposed sattenapalli, nuziveedu nandigama etc., hit the "REAL" boom......With that in mind, govt might stop commerical structures in agri-zones...ee phase-1 antha confusion ga vundi...we have to wait till june for full master plan....
