Need suggestions

 

Apt undi near hitech City ( approx 1 Km from HiTech City anta) which is in very good community not Slum which are brand new Apt

 

Rate - 2500 per sq ft

 

2 BR around 1400sq ft undi = 35L +(8L for registration and one parking space). Community includes Gym and Swimming pool also

 

Is it worth ?

If it is towards Kondapur side,then may not be worth as the going rate is much less and very severe water problem !

hitech city ki 1km lo 2500 per sq ft aa pakka slum e adhi ...a area lo 4000 minimum untadhi per sq feet
