perugu_annam Posted April 13, 2015 Report Posted April 13, 2015 I had my H1B valid with Company 'X' till 12/31/2015 but I quit the company on 02/27/2015 and Joined company 'Y' immediately. When I joined the Company 'Y' my H1 transfer was still under processing and today I received the approval notice with effective date as 04/07/2015. Is this normal? Shouldn't it be effective first day of my new company i.e. 03/01/2015? Thanks in Advance..
