timmy Posted April 14, 2015 Author Report Posted April 14, 2015 The National Human Rights Commission has got two eye witnesses in the case of Seshachalam encounter and they have approached before the commission to record their statements on the incident. NHRC representative speaking during the occasion in Delhi, clarified that there is also third witness who could not approach Delhi and stated that an officer is deployed to record his statement also .
